Columbia Care Inc (OTCMKTS: CCHWF) Reports A Robust Growth Of 227% In Q1 2021

Columbia Care Inc (OTCMKTS: CCHWF) reported revenues of $86.095 million (up 227% YoY) in Q1 2021. 

Columbia Care’s CEO, Nicholas Vita, said the company maintained the same growth momentum of 2020 into Q1 2021. The company improved both the bottom line and the top line on the backdrop of organic growth.

Vita further said the company would leverage its existing markets and improve scale to report profitability and growth. The same-store sales in Columbia surged 60% YoY. 

The company expands its presence nationwide, statewide and regional levels by enhancing its scale to clinch opportunities in the medical field. In addition, it will transition to adult-use segments nationwide to excel growth.

The company expects to become an efficient player through significant investments in markets like Virginia, New Jersey, and New York. 

Expects to complete the takeover of Green Leaf Medical (gLeaf) in Q3 2021

Columbia Care plans to complete the takeover of Green Leaf Medical (gLeaf) in Q3 2021. The takeover allows the company to strengthen its leadership in Virginia, Ohio, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. 

The company is building dispensaries in New Jersey, West Virginia, Missouri, and Virginia and expects to inaugurate this year. 

Signs a deal to take over Medicine Man

Columbia Care entered a definitive accord to purchase vertically integrated cannabis company -Medicine Man Denver for $42 million. 

Columbia Care will solidify its position as a scaled manufacturer, retailer, and cultivator in Colorado following the takeover.

Medicine Man reported 42% growth in 2020 revenues in Colorado and 24% growth across the state. Its growth in Colorado is surged by 64% to date and 24% for the state. 

Columbia Care will gain access to four dispensaries and one cultivation facility besides three adult-use locations with this takeover.

Strengthens board with Julie Hill

Columbia Care strengthened its board by inducting Julie Hill. As a result, the number of directors on its board increased to eight.

Hill will contribute more than 20 years of experience in public and private director boards. She currently serves as a member of the Lord Abbett Family of Funds director board.

Hill is widely regarded as a leader with extensive knowledge in corporate governance. 

Columbia Care will report its Q2 2021 revenues on August 12, 2021. The company will also host a conference call on the same day at 8:00 AM to discuss operating and financial results for Q2 2021.

Constellation  Brands Inc.’s (NYSE: STZ) Modelo beer brewed for those with The Fighting Spirit and its partner UFCO  have continued their gym revitalization efforts with renovations completion to The Void Martial Arts in South Central Austin, Texas. In September, UFC and Modelo launched a new Rebuilding Together initiative for boosting the Fighting Spirit and enhance the communities by offering renovations and repairs in select gyms in the US.

Cartel Blue Inc. (OTCMKTS: CRTL) has announced a purchase agreement to regularly buy Hina harvested crops from ROOT WISE  LLC in Honolulu, Hawaii. The company has corporate offices at 555E ocean Blvd, Suite 510, Long Beach, CA 90802.

So far, the company has announced an agreement between the CEO and reception of Corporate Resolutions to go ahead. In addition, Cartel Blue announced the new agreement for large-scale orders once it received resolutions from an established grower of Hawaiian premium hemp products.

ROOT WISE values native Hawaiian heritage and farming techniques. Its goal is to establish and run a committed, diverse, and long-term Hawaiian Indigenous Natural Agriculture (HINA) program. Combining conventional Hawaiian indigenous natural farming practices that have been exercised for centuries with contemporary agricultural practices such as Korean Natural Farming, Permaculture, Bio-Dynamic farming methods, Organic Farming, and others will help establish and undertake a new successful company that will benefit Foster Children in and around Hawaii.
