IMD Companies Inc (OTCMKTS:ICBU) Acquires SG Minerals & LCG Plastech Private Limited Indian Company
IMD Companies Inc (OTCMKTS:ICBU) Board of Directors recently announced an acquisition of SG Minerals Mining Company. According to the announcement, the acquired SG Minerals will be a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. iMD recently completed the acquisition of LCG Plastech as its wholly owned subsidiary.
LCG expects to get more visibility
LCG Plastech is an audited Indian company with a manufacturing plant in Orissa and manufactures PVC Pipe. LCG with its revenues in millions is expected to make a big addition to the other companies of iMD. The Florida-based American company was targeting the acquisition for several months.
The impressive PVC product line of LCG and its contractual partnerships attracted iMD to this Indian company. Managing Director of LCG, Mr. Ranjit Pattnaik said, “We are excited to form this partnership with iMD Companies Inc. We feel that being part of a public company like iMD will give us more exposure and will also give us more visibility for business expansion with the other mining companies that iMD owns.”
He further added that LCG is looking forward to working with the team of iMD. According to him, both the companies will greatly benefit from this association in terms of growth in profits and revenues.
iMD to share project details of SG Minerals with shareholders
iMD Companies acquired the audited mining company of India, SG Minerals as it is expected to complement the other mining projects of the company. SG Minerals mines Iron Ore and has an annual turnover of several million. The Indian company has the capacity to fulfill the current mining projects of iMD that are located in Arizona and Nevada and can also help the American company with the extraction of precious minerals.
iMD declared that it will, later on, share the information about the projects of SG Minerals with its shareholders. The primary aim of iMD is to add multiple mining companies under its canopy and increase the value of its shares. According to reports, currently, the value of iMD is undervalued. Director of SG Minerals, Arsad Hossain stated that the company is excited with this development and is looking forward to the expansion in both the United States and India.

Medicine Man Technologies Inc (OTCMKTS: SHWZ) signed an agreement to take over Southern Colorado Growers assets based in Huerfano County, Colorado, for $11.4 million.
The company will pay cash of $5.9 million when closing the acquisition and the balance of $5.4 million in its stock.
Medicine Man expects to close the deal in Q3 2021, subject to the receipt of local licensing and MED approval.
