Lifeist Wellness Inc.’s (OTCMKTS: NXTTF) Subsidiary CannaMart Inc. Produces First 2.0 Consumer-focused “Roilty” Brand

Published

on

Lifeist Wellness Inc. (OTCMKTS: NXTTF) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary and portfolio business CannaMart Labs Inc. has produced its maiden products under 2.0 consumer-focused brand “Roilty” and commenced commercialization.

Lifeist has received first purchase orders

Already the company has received numerous initial purchase orders from various retail consumers in Saskatchewan. Unfortunately, this is where the path to commercialization is shortest due to the province’s lack of regulatory complications. The rest of this limited edition SKUs product run is expected to be available to the Alberta provincial distributor, who has already pre-approved the products and is nearing the end of a multi-week registration process before issuing a purchase order and becoming available for medical customers to purchase at CannMart.com this month.

CEO of CannaMart Labs Daniel Stern said, “Our state-of-the-art BHO extraction facility is now live, manufacturing and shipping product, and negotiating numerous recreational sales agreements leveraging our sister company CannMart Inc.’s network of provincial customers. Our first SKUs are exceptionally high-quality live resin products and show strong early interest from prospective customers. Now that we have reached this long-awaited milestone, we look forward to the next manufacturing run, broadening distribution to the larger provinces, and launching other Roilty-branded and higher margin cannabis 2.0 products such as shatter and sugar wax in 2022.”

First Roilty-branded vape pen available in Alberta

“It’s also worth noting that an initial order for the Roilty-branded vape pen, Henry the Grape Ape, that was manufactured by a co-packer sold through CannMart Inc. into Alberta, sold out within seven days and additional quantities have been ordered to meet demand,” added Stern.

Health Canada has granted Labs a license for “standard processing” at its 6,000 square foot, modern facility in Etobicoke, Ontario. It was constructed specifically for oil extraction and included cutting-edge technology that complies with EU Good Manufacturing Practice certification criteria, making it among the few facilities in Canada with the certification. The facility can generate cannabis extracts for both in-house and third-party brands, including shatter, budder, live resin, wax, and others.

Sugarmade Inc.’s (OTCMKTS: SGMD) Subsidiary Lemon Glow Receives Conditional Use Permit from Lake County

Published

on

Sugarmade Inc. (OTCMKTS: SGMD) has announced that Lemon Glow Company, its wholly-owned subsidiary received a conditional Use Permit on October 28, 2021, from the Community Development Department of Count of Lake in California. The company believes that this is a vital milestone for the conditional Use permit or cannabis cultivation commercialization at its property.

Lemon Glow and Carnaby Spot Bay Corp entered

The company had signed an Agreement and Plan of Merger between Lemon Grow Company, and Ryan Santiago, and Carnaby Spot Bay Corp. The merger closed on May 25, 2021, and included all rights, property, interests of Lemon Glow.

Once all necessary permits and approvals are received, around 32 acres of the property out of the 640 acres will be used for outdoor cannabis growing.

Lemon Glow CEO Ryan Santiago said, “The annual potential cultivation yield at the Property could possibly achieve 4,000 pounds of dry trimmed cannabis flower per acre annually, which represent approximately 128,000 pounds, or 64 tons, of dry trimmed cannabis flower annually in total.”

Sugarmade still needs approval from state and local regulators

Although the company is optimistic that the Lake County conditional Use Permit issuance is a vital step towards getting clearance to grow cannabis at the property, Sugarmade still has to get approval from state and local regulatory agencies in the state of California. The issuance  of the permit allows the company to go on with the application of a state cannabis cultivation license

Sugarmade CEO Jummu Chan said, “We are excited to see the process moving forward for our Lemon Glow property, which represents an important strategic asset as we further verticalize our overall model. Our vision is ‘seed to door,’ which would separate us from other players in the California cannabis marketplace, given that we have already established a leading and growing presence in the cannabis delivery market and have set in motion a process to control our own supply chain. Ramping up our cultivation resources is a significant step in fully leveraging a vertical model to drive shareholder value through margin gains.”

Rubicon Organics Inc. (OTCMKTS: ROMJF) To Announce Q3 2021 Results on November 17, 2021, as it Grew SKUs

Published

on

Rubicon Organics Inc. (OTCMKTS: ROMJF) has announced that it will report its Q3 2021 financial results on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, before the market opens.

Q2 net revenue was $4.6 million

In Q2 2021, the company reported net revenue of $4.6 million, representing a $3.6 million increase relative to a year ago and a $0.5 million QoQ increase. The YoY increase was attributable to product offering increase, with the company having 44 SKUs in five brands and expanding distribution throughout Canadian provinces. In addition, the sequential increase resulted from sales growth in the last two weeks of Q2 2021 as stores in Ontario started to open partially.

CEO Jesse McConnell said, “With 44 SKUs across five brands, we can focus on meeting the rising demand from provincial distributors which is beginning to reflect both a return to normalized buying patterns and our new SKUs in high growth product categories. It is very important for us to emphasize Rubicon Organics’ success in getting its new products listed with major provincial distributors in the face of significant curtailments by these buyers. As 1964 Supply Co™ and Homestead Cannabis Supply™ in particular hit the market across new provinces in Q3 2021, we will be seeing the results of our extension in the premium and mainstream flower segments.”

Rubicon grew flower and market share by 2.2% by the end of October

Rubicon Organics has offered an update for the three months ending October 31, 2021, with the company’s pre-roll and flower category growing market share by 2.2% across Canada. The increase was attributable to rising sales for Simply Bare Organic, Homestead Cannabis Supply, and the 1964 Supply Co launch.

McConnell said, “We are quickly climbing the ranks in total market share across Canada and have established Simply Bare™ Organic as the leading premium flower and pre-roll brand. This reflects our steadfast commitment to product quality and the broader availability of a more accessible product portfolio with the launch of 1964 Supply Co.™ and Homestead Cannabis Supply™ in major provinces.”
