Arrived around 8:25p, there’s a roped line outside to get in about 8 mins where they scan your ID. Then a second line in the lobby about 5 mins where they scan your ID again. Then you get buzzed into the store where there’s a 3rd line about 15 to get to a register to order/pay. About 30 mins to even get to register… felt like I was at the DMV…. except at least DMV has chairs. Horrible set up, won’t return to this location.
Always a very warm and welcoming experience every time I come here. I Had the pleasure of being helped by Daniela today and she was super sweet and got me in and out so fast. I come all the way from Gilroy because this place has set the bar high and I refuse to go anywhere else . Great quality products and always awesome customer service.
Dawn was extremely informative and recommended great products. Her product knowledge made her well informed and you can tell she was very sympathetic to the pain I was experiencing. She was very engaging and her personality shined! Awesome bud-tender!! 🙂
The best dispensary in the Bay Area. I’ve been all over looking for 100% CBD tablets.. they have em. Pro Tabs .. Also I used the ATM and it gave me a ripped $20, I reported it right away and they took it for my purchase.
