I bought a $35 bar of mushroom chocolate with the expectation that it would have a psychoactive effect, not only because the packaging said so, but also because the employee said people keep returning for the product. I asked her if it doesn’t have an effect, what can we do and she said “we can figure something out.” She figured out nothing when I returned and told her I took the maximum dose. The product is supposed to “uplift” your mood which relies on a placebo effect at best. She acted as if we had never discussed an alternate solution and I wasnt in the mood for a confrontation after she said she can’t do anything since I’d consumed the product. I don’t know how I was supposed to figure out what effect it had without actually consuming it. Another employee was lounging when I came in on another day looking for original employee and he couldn’t have cared less about the issue. Everything at the store aside from the thc products had no effect and thc products are available literally everywhere and cheaper.
Great store for CBD and more! And you don’t have to drive to Westheimer any more! Great pricing and friendly staff! What more could you want? Get in there!
I stopped by the San Felipe store on Black Friday to see if there were good deals. I spoke to the person standing behind the counter. His name was Abdul. He was knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. I bought something new and I paid a good price for it. I will certainty return to this store. Abdul was ultra nice. I have no problem recommending this stroke to my family and friends.
Employee named Daniel is rude and wears pajama pants with house slippers to work. When I said hello to him and asked, “How are you doing?”, His response was, “Whatcha need?” with attitude. He wears hoodies in 90 degree weather and doesn’t think to shower and apply deodorant. His B.O. was pungent even in the early hours. My friend who was with me asked if he was happy to be here and after shaking his head as if dazed, his response was, “No.” then proceeded to chuckle. The store also has dirty floors due to not being swept or mopped often. We didn’t bother to spend and went to cleaner store with a friendlier staff over on westheimer.
I love the store! I will make the 30 minute drive every time I need to restock. Not to mention the amazing vibes the clerk fosters!
