Stopped by today and received some bad news. Cookies will no longer have daily specials such as: Drinks 20% off on Thursdays and 20% discount on everything for seniors on Wednesdays. Did donald trump buy this place? Parking is gone since J street is under construction.Picked up some drinks. Got the last of the stock. Got a discount because it’s Sunday (Sunday discount no longer available) Didn’t hear about a senior or disabled person discount. Without the discounts and the poor parking…😭

One of the best dispensaries in town! They’re very welcoming as soon as I walk through the door. Charlize helped me, she’s very knowledgeable on all of the products and she’s very accommodating. Thank you for the help I’ll definitely be back!
Deceptive Pricing and Poor Customer Support
I had a disappointing experience with my recent order. The products I ordered were marked as 30% off, and I was planning to pick up the items in-store. However, when I noticed a delivery promo, I switched to that option. Unfortunately, during checkout, the 30% discount disappeared and I was instead offered a much lower discount, causing my total to jump from $72 to $94. This was frustrating, and I tried to contact customer service immediately, but my calls and texts went unanswered.
The only reason I accepted the delivery was because the delivery driver was wonderful. She did a great job explaining the situation and was very professional, which I appreciated.
The lack of response from customer service and the deceptive pricing made this a negative experience. I will NOT be ordering from Cookies again and will stick to my local dispensaries in the Bay Area instead.
