Great customer service. Everything i was looking for, with even better prices. Very well kept establishment. The check out guy was freaking awesome. Did everything he could to make sure i was happy. Including seeing my family in the hot car and askimg if they would like to come in while i waited on my ecig juice to be made. Let my daughter use there restroom. Wish i lived here so i could be a repeat customer to this shop.

Absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced at any vape shop. The people that work here are just extremely lazy and rude. It’s their opinion or no opinion. I had multiple issues at this location and after this last one, I’m done never going back and never giving this business my money ever again their products are extremely overrated and overpriced. Don’t waste your time or money.

I usually buy Kratom at the Create-a-Cig and have always had great customer service, but this one has by far been the best. I am new to Temple and will be doing my shopping for vape juice, kratom, delta 8, and even exotic snacks here. Scott is very knowledgeable about his products and is a great guy!
