I placed an order at 4pm. At 5:40pm I received a message saying they are 10 min away. Seconds after I receive another messaged that my order was not able to be delivered and canceled. I chatted with live support and they tell me “I” called them saying I will not be home. I never called anyone or messaged any representative so that is completely false. So unprofessional and more importantly a waste of my time. Time is very valuable. Find a other delivery service.
I used to love this place and recommended Eaze to everyone. Don’t know what’s happened over the last few months but definitely won’t recommend them to anyone again and will stop using their services as well. Do NOT order delivery unless you have 4 to 5 hours to wait. Happened with my last 3 deliveries
The absolute WORST delivery I’ve ever had by far. If you like wasting time and money this is it! Apart from taxing you hella, they give you an unreliable timeframe and it will change more often than your girl choosing where to order food from. They took over 5 hours to deliver and I felt horrible for the driver because he looked so stressed and was the only one delivering. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else, their “First time customer” special of a Free Delivery is so not worth it.

Great customer service was actually surprised cuz like 6 months ago wasn’t too thrilled on the experience I received but this time order through Weedmaps worked and everything was smooth and got a liquid diamonds cart for under 25 that’s a pretty good deal in this market today when you’re on a budget.
