This place has the best staff and by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 40 years of being on this planet (and I’m not exaggerating). The employees here are very friendly, engaging, personable, relatable, respectful, knowledgeable and just everything great! It’s also a beautiful location with lots of options for your specific needs. Huge shout out to Sarah, Jake, Giavona, Logan, Jaycie and security guard, Aaron. This place wouldn’t be what it is without these incredible staff members! Please give these kids a raise! They deserve a lot of credit for how this location functions and operates. 🙂
I was a repeat customer tat fig and thistle for years uas I live in the neighborhood until the inexperienced staff there made me realize they have zero appreciation for loyal customers.so ungrateful and dumb!
also, they charge me $3.50 service fee several times even though I used physical debit card-BS

I live in Mission and typically go to Purple Star, but I found myself looking up the nearest dispo in HV, and low and behold, I was standing right in front of it!
Doesnt really look like a weed store from the outside, but the inside was manicured and clean, modern and nice. I was greeted with happy faces and a great security guard. (They usually aren’t very nice so this was an exceptional perk!)
I take high dose edibles and it was nice to see a decent selection of high dose items, and at great prices as well!
Jaycie and Jake were friendly and inviting, and I look forward to coming in and having great service by them once more! Thanks all!
Fig & Thistle is the best in SF for your cannabis needs. Jaycie and the other folks are the most knowledgeable bud tenders around. They are always super helpful, nice and cheerful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Just had the weird transaction here.
First: The staff is nice, it’s a great space, great selection, fun monthly rotation of specials.
So, I pick up some gummies for a friend, I’m told my total is $18. Oh, but tap to pay isn’t working, need a physical card. Oh, yeah, it’s asking for my pin because it actually has to be a debit card, not a credit card. Oh, the total is $23.50 because it works like an ATM and they’re going to give me change.
I got $2.00 change.
Apparently, per my receipt, there was a $3.50 fee attached to the transaction. My bank has an ATM on the same block that I could’ve gone to if they’d just said they prefer to operate on a cash basis.
It felt super scammy.
I work for a small neighborhood business. Most businesses know that the roughly 3% transaction fee is the cost of doing business, and you make it up in volume. Passing it onto the customer in the form of an exorbitant “ATM” fee is awful service. This absolutely disincentivizes my shopping there.
