Tbh about 6 months ago I had a lousy experience with a guy working here and wasn’t planning to go back. I decided to give them another shot and was pleasantly surprised.
They have female budtenders working there who are friendly and knowledgeable. It was a completely different experience. Delicious flower and a wonderful staff.
Everyone deserves a second chance and I am so glad that I did.
They do not stand behind their products. Bought a jar of Delta-8, for $48 opened it today – moldy. Took it back, they said there had been a recall but I never received any notice. Refused to refund my money or even give me a decent break on another purchase. I ended up getting a whopping $1.25 credit (yes you read that right.) I won’t do business with this place again – inferior products, and they just don’t give a damn about you.
My husband and I visited FF yesterday and were blown away. Dustin, William and Jack (the dog) were all wonderful, inviting and knowledgeable. Their products are quality, local and outstanding. This is the friendliest store ever. We left feeling like we had been on a wonderful adventure. Their energy is equivalent to the energy of their products. Great place!!
Love the products and they always arrive well packaged with care. However, it seems to take an inordinate amount of time to process the order in house (11 days and counting for this one). No communication or updates. I work retail and I know that we have difficulty staffing, etc., so I’m always willing to extend grace. For me though, this seems to be a norm, especially the last two times I’ve ordered from the online store. I usually go to the Hickory store although there are times I can’t make it there. Once the product is shipped, all seems to go well depending on the post office or shipping company of course.
