Bought a disposable vape, I tried it in the store and it sounded like it was misfiring. I brought it up and they blew it off like it was normal. While I thought it didn’t sound right, I thought I might be wrong. An hour later the vape was firing for up to 10 second after I would pull on it. I returned to the store 2hours after purchase and they said sorry tough luck. You have to exchange it before you leave…….which is what I tried to do when I tried it in store! Only time I’ve been to this store and it will be the last. If you don’t take care of your core customers(disposable vapes) you won’t gain loyal customers that come back over and over again.

I usually buy my coils here..freemax mesh pro, they’ve been out of the triples so I bought a quad. The coil was bad out of the wrapper and they won’t exchange it. Terrible customer service! For a 4 dollar item they lost my business forever.
