Sold me a torch that didn’t work and was missing pieces. I brought it in and told them and they told me all sales were final. But they were fine with swapping it for a cheaper torch without refunding the difference. Do not shop here. Didn’t make an attempt to call a manager or anything. I bought a whole rig setup and a torch. It’s not like I was trying to pull one over on them. Good business is good business and bad business is bad business. Lost frequent customer to these locations in Wilmington, specifically Carolina beach road. Guess I will go try to buy the missing pieces for the torch online

I came to the store with a complex question about glass and uses. I was met pleasantly by Alex aka Alexis who had a superior knowledge and a great understanding of what I needed and what would work.
This place sucks. They didnt have any vape juice for like 3 months. Have been out of mine for probably 5 months.
Great little shop here with a nice selection, very fair prices and awesome people. I live nearby so I’m in there on occasion, and what I love is that if there is no pressure, no pushy sales tactics. I either walk out with a smile and a thank you and a have a nice day – or I walk out with all that AND a product(s) that I’ve always been satisfied with, every time. Just bought a little 6″ beaker-style “water pipe” (lol) yesterday, and ended up paying less than half of what I was prepared to have to pay for a piece like that, and it’s quality.
