I am not at all from that area and Sia made my stop in the shop a really pleasant experience. She took her time with me and was not just professional, courteous, attentive and gregarious but the vibes she gave my wife and I were warm and inviting. I recommend this shop for their amazing quality products (I recommend those pre rolls 🔥), their selection of unique items including rare sneakers and their phenomenal customer service. If I’m back in that area again I’ll definitely stop by.
This is one of the coolest shops you’d ever hope to find. It’s unassuming outside but inside there are some real treasures beyond the platform that you’d typically go there for. I moved nearby and felt like the staff legitimately knew the products and gave a s__t about my experience from the second I first walked in. That’s all I could ask for in terms of service. Love this place so much!!! Great vibes and best selection of any shop that I’ve been to in Houston. They also have some pretty cool stuff other than your average smoke shop- clothes, sneakers, vintage items. They also have a mortal combat game system which is super cool. The staff is great. Derrick always has a smile on his face and is incredibly helpful. I’ve loved his product recommendations. Definitely try this shop it’s the best.
