Always a great selection, great knowledge and communication in store and through delivery, easy ordering online. I’ve tried to shop around at other stores in the area but I always just end up back at March and Ash or usually ordering from home. I don’t drive and usually order delivery and it’s very rare that the site is so busy that it needs to take a smoke break and will be back in 5 lol any time I have ever messed up on an order or had any questions all I had to do was call and they fixed it or clarified anything I was confused about right away. It’s easy to track the delivery and it’s also pretty quick as far as delivery is concerned, definitely more reliable than your local Joe. I order from the mission Valley store and James, among others, have delivered to me a few times and are always just on it and genuinely good real people. I know I can find quality product and quality staff at March and Ash, and that’s the only reason I’m leaving a somewhat lengthy but legit review. Thank you all at March and Ash for all you do 🙏
I’m really bummed to make this review because I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Me and my husband are loyal customers to March and Ash. The workers have always been incredibly helpful and sweet. Today that changed.
I went in to stock up on some pens and flower. I was looking for plug play. I asked a tall woman with dirty blonde hair (RIKKI S) very rude and disrespectful by the way) if there were any in stock and she wait “no we’re all out” okay cool totally fine. Not the end of the world. Not a “I can see if another location has any nearby” or “I can check online”. None of that. She ends up checking us out. I’m already feeling uncomfortable. I ask to add on an item that required her to go to the back. Cool no biggie. My husband wanted to add one more item and she said “I have to go to the back again” in a really snarky & passive aggressive way. I started feeling extremely uncomfortable after that because I do struggle with social anxiety and it can be hard for me to talk to people sometimes. My husband needed to take out more cash since what he had wouldn’t cover the full total. After he did that, she CHECKED the bills that were from the ATM inside the dispo. Marking the 20 DOLLAR BILLS and holding them up to the light..are you fr? As soon as she finished both transactions she instantly dashed us away and helped the next person. I just spent well over $300 at this location and to just be like “okay thanks bye” like??? I really do get it because I work in customer service myself but you don’t know what people are going through. Please be nicer to people! If you don’t like customer service then don’t work In customer service! I don’t like being helped by miserable people! Sticking to March and Ash Carmel Mountain from now on.

First time here, my friend and I were clueless and had no idea what to buy, but the woman working was really nice and helpful and gave us some solid suggestions that we were both really happy with.
