Mary Jane’s CBD Dispensary – Smoke & Vape Shop Alamo Ranch

Sold me a defected product and I tried to return it 2 hrs after purchase with a receipt. Employee attempted to contact manager but they didn’t answer so she said they couldn’t do anything & to come back tomorrow. Went back the next day and they told me there’s nothing they can do because it’s a malfunction with the product which wasn’t there brand. I asked if could’ve tested the product to see if it worked prior to buying & manager said the employee that sold it to me should’ve done that but forgot. Manager refused exchange, refund, and in store credit and took no accountability and said there’s nothing they can do. Not sure how this is not illegal where a business can sell faulty products and have no accountability. I told the manager that they need to start letting their customers know to check the products before purchase but I doubt that’ll happen. DONT GO HERE, THEY’LL ROB YOU

I stopped in today and Cindy was so helpful and nice! I’ll certainly be coming back. This place is clean and they really seem to care and invest the time in learning the products they sell. Thanks again Cindy!
