To be clear: the one star is not a reflection on the customer service and products (both of which are great). This is specifically because of the owner requiring customers to remove their masks.
I have an immunocompromised roommate, so I try to be careful about virus exposure. This policy is dangerous to people with those kinds of conditions and honestly borders on discrimination against people with disabilities, intentional or no.
To the owner: I would recommend stopping that policy ASAP before you get into hot water from a disability protections standpoint. I will not be returning to this location if that’s still in place the next time I go and will warn everyone else against going there.
This place is the best. Stonewall, who is one of the people who work here, is always SO HELPFUL! I feel so clueless sometimes when I walk in and he is so helpful. They have tons of variety and great quality products!
Definitely do not recommend. The products are cheap and do not last at all. Me and my friends have tried buying vapes from there and they breakdown so easily. There products are way to overpriced for the quality. I can go to a store on the opposite side of side of town and get way better quality and at a way better price. I have been buying vape products for years and never have I seen such cheap products at a store. I wondered why they never looked so busy and I see why.

Being unfamiliar with the area in North Carolina, I initially thought I was out of luck when the first shop I visited was closed despite its advertised hours. But thankfully, I gave it one more try and discovered Mary Janes.
From the moment I called, I was impressed by their professionalism and friendliness. They were open as advertised, and their courtesy over the phone matched the warm, welcoming service I received in-store. The consistency of their support and attention to detail truly stood out, leaving me pleasantly impressed. Mary Janes saved my holiday trip, and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Just went in a few days ago and bought this CBN vape, called wedding cake, and on their counter they have a sticker stating no returns or refunds, which is a disappointment because the vape that I bought has been leaking out of the entire bottom of the cartridge, resulting in a loss of a lot of product.
$40 for essentially less than a gram. Pretty disappointed.
