Got turned down for military discount today despite being told in the past I didn’t need to bring my dd-214 every time. Such poor customer service over 3 dollars. :/
edit: to reply, a 3 dollar discount that I walked 2 miles to not get. Yeah, I’m a bit irritated. I’m not rich, and my time isn’t free. As for the ID, all I have is my dd214 paperwork and I was specifically told by an employee I didn’t need to bring it every time. Anyway. Best of luck to your business, though.
They had what I wanted over the phone but not when I got to the store, they had something “similar”! The post where you trash a veteran for his 30 cent discount is absolutely disgusting, I’m telling everyone to avoid this place like the plague
OMG! This was my first visit, and when I say Jonathan had me laughing from the moment, the conversations started till the moment it ended. It wasn’t like a usual come in get What you need and leave. I felt comfortable. I felt welcome like I was on cloud 9 basically. I haven’t even smoked my CBD yet, but based on the customer service, I’ll still give it 5 stars.
Literally the best dispensary in the area. The Mary Jane’s brand is amazing. I highly recommend this store! All of the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful too. I’m all around impressed with everything about this company and will never go elsewhere. They have literally the best products in town.
The girl whose name escapes me make me feel like I was at home. My service dog was more than welcome she was played with and loved. I asked advice as I’m a newbie to all of this and I was giving great great advice and great products were suggested. 12/10
