Quick, kind, and cheap! Good atmosphere and they recently opened a smoking lounge on site! I like that they used to carry the brand Evidence which uses profits to help incarcerated individuals. Bring back that flower!
I forgot to leave a review at the time but About 2-3 weeks ago I came in to get what I usually get but Nina recommended a new strain that I have not tried yet for around the same price and I honestly loved it. She was so friendly and knowledgeable!!

Have been buying from this place for a while, but the experience has been getting worse and worse.
I asked the associate who was helping me: “What the price of the product on sale was at the door”. He said I should go to the other case, look at the full price and then do some math in my head to figure out what it is with the discount. Why not just put the sale price right there next to the product, if it’s such a hassle for the staff to figure it out, they are taking their frustration out on customers?
fantastic customer experience, many product lines and pricing is nice. i was greeted by someone warm & professional when i stepped in the door. he *walked* me to the case that had what i wanted and after checking them out, i looked up and the salesperson on the floor (dante) caught my eye and came right over. dante went through the options and gave me his insight/knowledge of the products, including what he liked/didn’t like and *why*. he didn’t try to steer me, just gave me information. that is SUPER-helpful for me; we may or may not have the same tastes, but when a salesperson shares their insight, then i know what’s what and i can make an informed decision for myself. nug offers lots of options and i felt well taken care of — what’s not to love? definitely will be back.
