Ordered online for the first time. Didn’t get notification when order was ready. No email about item being out of stock and replaced with another. Got attitude from the 3rd lady at the window because the item says 1000mg but she think I’m confused with 1gram. Products not marked properly on site so she gets snappy with me. Much better service walking in, worth the wait budtenders are very nice.

I recently bought two of the Connected (Dosi and Banana) half ounces of the smalls that was packaged approximately only two months ago. After opening and trying the first pack, I noticed that the buds are extremely dried out and crumbley with a dry dusty taste as if it had spider mites or moldy at one point. Called the store to see what could be done regarding this issue but could not reach anyone to help. Never had a problem with anything here until now. Extremely disappointed with the service at this point.
Update: Personally went down to the store in person and they still wouldn’t help me because it was flower even if it was sealed. I made a complaint with Connected about their product as well.
