I already had this issue before, but it seems like this place only care about profits. Whoever the guy and girl working dispatch really needs to be evaluated. This isn’t the first time, more like a dozen times by now. Somehow this place still is dumping old junk from last year into the market, and when I called to speak with management, the answer was that’s how they received it. You mean to tell me your receiving months old product from the vendor and still accepting it into your inventory to give to your customers?
Every single time I buy in bulk for the last decade,
now they split my order on purpose into different strains and one of them was from last Christmas, nearly one year ago as an attempt to get rid of old junk inventory once again. Not once, not twice, but dozens of times now is it that hard to read the delivery requests in the comments to not mess my order up and give me what I paid for?
I love, love this place! The selection is incredible you can find some really good deals on top shelf products. The best part of this place is the staff, such a great group of people.
Grayson✨️ is such an amazing person, he knows his flowers very well. Always suggest great things he hasn’t let me down yet lol! Also has a great welcoming smile. Great place to shop. ❤️
This conveniently located spot in SF is the best. I drive all the way from SL to bring them my business. The management l, delivery drivers and retail team are superb when it comes to customer service, whether by phone or in person. I met the manager DJ yesterday. He assisted me with a very large purchase and made sure I walked out a happy customer. He even walked me to my car to ensure my safety from passersby by and people in store watching my load. I called back later that day because I misplaced my receipt and was assisted by Grayson, who happily fulfilled my request. Thanks to everyone here for your outstanding customer service. It is for this reason you have a repeat customer. I also work in this industry, so I know firsthand how things are with respect to customer relations, from manufacturing , to logistics, inventory, product knowledge, customer service on retail and delivery end. Purple Star is the place to shop. Take a chance. You will be happy you did 💜
I bought 3 bottles of ABX 25 mg soft gels from this store back in July. 2 bottles were fine but one bottle the seal looked intact . As soon as I tried to open the seal the whole lid came off and the bottle was completely empty. I called the store and they told me too late since you bought in July. One bottle has 30 gel tabs so obviously, it takes a month to finish one bottle. After some discussion I was told to speak to the manager who wasn’t in the store. I have tried to speak to the manager but no luck.
i have been going here for years and am never disappointed. great selection and knowledgeable staff who you can trust. shoutout alex! there’s a $1 debit card fee which is super reasonable otherwise cash is preferred.
