First and last time coming here! I was so excited to shop at this store given it’s women owned, but be VERY careful about purchasing anything from this store. Their return/refund policy is very much centered on them as a business and not on the customer. I was sold a product that the team told me would help with relaxation and sleep. Instead it made me feel like I drank 5 cups of coffee. They offered me a store credit or a partial refund and this was after them asking for the product back so they could do testing on it to make sure it wasn’t a bad batch. I was also told to “do my research on hemp products”, which was uncalled for and rude given what this business *should* be about which helping people relax, right?! Not a good look.
There is a store called Happy Cactus in Austin that has much better products and better return policies if your product doesn’t work for whatever reason! I will be taking my business there moving forward.
I sent an email with questions about products for sleep improvement. I was given a call back to go over products and their features. Aubrey was the person I talked to and she was very knowledgeable and patient in relaying the information I was seeking. I ordered a couple of products to try and see what works best for me. Great customer support.
Best in town, hands down! Women-owned and truly committed to quality and research. They are strong advocates for sensible cannabis laws in Texas. Plus, they’ve got awesome Texas-themed goodies, such as sweet tea infused with THC (as a Texan and a tea enthusiast, this is the best edible in the planet 😄). Highly recommend!
Restart has a great selection of products to chose from, my only reason for a 4 star was because I used the delivery service, which could be a bit more streamlined and more readily available, also the lack of selections for just plain CBD flower specifically Indica strain. Plain CDB Indica is extremely hard to find, and is a godsend for anxiety and insomnia. Otherwise the delivery went smooth, and the CBD flower I ordered was fresh, like it was just pruned off the plant. Otherwise the delivery staff was extremely helpful willing to answer any questions, and make sure delivery went well.
Had a disappointing experience at Restart CBD. I went in to place an order, and the staff member helping me seemed really impatient. I was asking simple, straightforward questions, but her responses were confusing and made the process harder than it needed to be. As a customer, I expect patience and clarity, especially when dealing with products like CBD where guidance is important. If customer service isn’t a priority here, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
