It’s now been over a month, still haven’t received correspondence from anyone at this establishment after leaving my name and number to be contacted about replacing a display bag I was sold by accident. It would be nice to have follow through from the owner like originally promised
The flower is fire. Not going to deny that. Here is where I feel SOS could improve.
1. Stop rolling those tight pre rolls. I would rather get two smaller pre rolls that are evenly packed and burn right than the current situation. I currently have to pull so hard I think I’m gonna out pass only to watch the cherry burn and not my lungs. Make me cough!
2. Punchcard?! Why can’t rewards be attached to a phone number? And the discount is for glass pieces only!?. We come for the flower and whatever else we are buying. Just give us the discount on our purchase.
3. A magnifying glass couldn’t read that certificate of analysis. Honestly I tried.
Look I know this all sounds harsh but I want to see SOS succeed. And I do think that the owners need to take a step back and reorg some things. I love the flower, now make me love the rest.
Been coming here for over a year! They never disappoint and are always so friendly. Great place to shop for bud in WS!
Was a lovely shop, the people were warm and welcoming and informative about their cooking oil!
