I recently had a terrible experience at Serenity of lathrop. When I asked about the prices of concentrates, the employee told me that both options I was looking at were $20. As he was ringing me up, he noticed a price difference and, without mentioning it to me, took it upon himself to change the product. He didn’t say a word about the switch, and after paying, I realized the product had a completely different consistency and THC level than what I wanted.

When I confronted the staff member, he showed no interest in resolving the issue. Instead of honoring what he originally said, he rudely told me that I had paid what I “wanted to pay” and made no effort to fix the situation. Frustrated, I left but quickly returned to ask for a refund. Outside, I found two men and asked to speak to the manager. They dodged my request, asking questions in a frustratingly circular way. After several minutes, one finally admitted to being the manager, but he refused to issue a refund in a very unprofessional manner.

This experience was incredibly disappointing—from the lack of communication to the rude, thuggish attitude of the staff. The service at Serenity has seriously gone downhill, and their prices are far too high for the poor experience they now offer. I recommend taking your business elsewhere—X1 in Tracy offers much better service and value.
