Awesome shop, passionate and knowledgeable about their products! (which is so welcome in this space!) We drive nearly 2 hours to get stuff from them and they go above and beyond! Also Hannah is an awesome sales person! Keep it up!

As a longtime Asheville resident chef ( Since 1994 ) and ex-grower, I was stoked to find this place

First off, Skyland Cannabis Company does not generically present itself like most McDispensaries attempting to bullishly insert themselves into the local scene to become a mainstay, but rather carries the hip vibe of an old school Asheville shop ( Think Instant Karma on Lexington Avenue circa 1995 or so )

You’re immediately greeted upon entry by a comfy space to sit and enjoy the store and literature, ( I must say: Killer book selection on the bookshelf ), and the quirky decorations & locally produced artwork, but if relaxing downtown isn’t your thing, you can simply stroll right up to the counter and speak with the best and most knowledgeable budtenders in town

Spend 3 minutes in there, or 30. Fast, convenient, and inviting atmosphere

All I did was tell them what I didn’t like, as far as flavors in a cannabis flower, and they helped me select some very flavorful smoke with no hesitation

You can tell within a few minutes of talking to any of the staff, that they are not just there to punch the time clock, but instead have a real passion for cannabis, whether it be recreational or medicinally consumed, so in my book, I’d rate their knowledge and passion up there with the skills of a sommelier at a fine dining establishment like the Biltmore Estate

Unlike other establishments, you will not be met with blank stares or shrugs when asking questions

Just say NO to shrugs

Their selection of edibles is primarily aimed at folks who want to avoid the more mass-produced types of products containing artificial ingredients ( Synthetic dyes and flavoring ) you typically find being sold, yet they are not overpriced by any means

You’ll find everything from imported French chocolate, to locally produced all-natural gummies and more

The extracts they carry are also all legit top-shelf quality, ( I say that as a self-confessed pot snob )

Locally produced high quality edibles and other cannabis products, easy on the wallet / purse, passionate staff and owners, very convenient location, what more can we ask for in a local dispensary ?

I think these guys are going to be part of the Asheville scene for many years to come
