This particular location of the brand doesn’t seem to meet the usual high standards—it feels a bit run-down. The staff here aren’t as mature or professional as at the other locations, which maintain a much higher quality. The other stores have friendly, pleasant employees and a much nicer atmosphere. You can visit this location if you’re just looking to buy something, but don’t expect much in terms of customer service or building a rapport with the staff. It’s mainly just a place to get what you need, with little attention to customer relationships or guest experience.
I have been here several times, staff is always accommodating. David was no exception. He did not know an answer to something, but he worked through it with me & was a complete sweetheart while doing so. Thank you David. Appreciate you taking the time to help me. ♥️
Sidney was super nice and helpful! Especially given that they were working through a blackout! It’s also pretty amazing that this was one of the only places open during an outage. Seeing the store in the dark with only the ceiling stars was a neat experience.
This place had some of the best deals in 951 Riverside. Come on down and check them out. Great staff bogo deals daily deal . And also they are doing march madness deals. Come by and grab some goodies before the sweet 16 . Located in jurupa valley.
