Good vibes! Great products! Great family! They are professional and knowledgeable. I recently got a product delivered & the process was no different from ordering food. To say the least, I take delight in every visit & every micro conversations I have with the couple.
I frequently visit. There a is a black family vibe that I love about the place. I ask questions and get answers. I’ve even asked questions about pricing and they weren’t even rude. The Father is quiet, protective. The mother is helpful and attentive, the children are happy and on the lucky occasion I get to see the dogs, they greet me as well. I’ve been coming since about 2020, 2021. There have been changes like the door thing, or the phone thing people mention. I suspect the policies have changed to protect themselves and their family. But the they have signs that tell you to knock now, and the open sign let’s you know they are still there. The quality and quantity of variety as improved and grown. I don’t agree with the trap house comments. The vibes are very much like going to a cousin’s house.
Product was good, but customer service was severely lacking. When I walked in I was barely given anytime and half of the conversation I was ignored. Tried to ask questions about products to gain some knowledge on what I was buying, and would be given basic answers like ” I don’t know” and “it all this or that” and wouldn’t even hardly look at me. Personally I wont be going back and wouldn’t recommend going due to not only poor customer service, but the apparently very strong possibility of getting mauled by the two dogs there for leaning over the counter to look at what is in the case.
Update: I do not work for another company and I’m not lying so you can do as you please, because I was a customer that came in and that was my honest experience. I’m sorry that you can’t handle criticism in an honest review, but I have said nothing but the TRUTH. So have a nice day and God bless.
Apparently when you walk in their establishment. You have to greet them if they aren’t paying attention, otherwise you’ll be attacked by a dog or shot, so I was told .. so be careful and make yourself known walking in here ..I would imagine anybody shopping here is just looking to relax, not confrontation and hostility. Other than that they do have good products.
Replying to your new response. I believe you are bluffing, but just make sure you bring the footage with you. At your old desoto location you had the cameras rolling, I remember seeing your screens behind the counter. If you bring the footage, I’ll ask that we just watch and listen and I wont say a word. When we all see the truth,I’ll shake your hand and be on my way. Instead of going back and forth with you in your store , addressing subtle threats about your dogs or hypothetical fire arm because you were unaware of my presence. I chose not to have a back and forth with you. Because I realized in that moment it would do no justice. Instead do this, and here you are still being confrontational.
