We visited Artist Tree to pick up some sleep and relaxation products. It was quite busy that day, so we took a look around. The store is always clean, organized, and beautifully designed. Everyone we saw seemed to be having a great time. The ambient music added to the relaxing atmosphere.
We ended up ordering on one of the order screens, which was quick and easy. We were able to verify all the products we wanted and complete our purchase. We only had to wait a short time before Korey called us to confirm our order. He was friendly, helpful and patient. Had a great smile throughout.
Staff is always friendly every time I come in! Destiny P. helped me out today.. She was friendly and let me know I gave her too much $. It was for a tip anyway, but I spaced out on the fact there’s the tip jar on top of the counter 🤦♂️🤣.. But yea she was great! Never have a bad experience there.. Keep it up y’all!
Brenna was AMAZING ! She is very knowledgeable about the product, she helped me picked some prerolls and they are soooooooooooooooooooo good ! I will definitely be back on Tuesday for more ! Thank you everyone at the artist tree!
I used the app to place an order during my last break, and it was all ready and waiting for me by the time I got off work. I prefer ordering ahead and then picking up my order later in the day; this works best for me. Everyone here is very approachable and ready to assist whenever I have questions or concerns.The cashier, Ayreice, was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was super easy to talk to, as well. I’ve been coming to The Artist Tree since they first arrived in Fresno, and I keep coming back for the awesome people, superb customer service, daily deals, and outstanding selection.
Always a really easy and good experience. The prices for edibles and vapes are great. The flower prices tend towards the higher end but they have specials almost every day that can save you a bunch of money. The bag days, where you get a bag of products when you spend a certain amount are always great and fun. The inside is always bright neat and very well appointed, fitting their name they have fun and beautiful pieces of art for sale mostly in the form of paintings. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and capable. The customer service is always excellent and their rewards program is nice. Strongly recommend the artist tree.
