He was very attentive and both he and Brad went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and educate me on which products would work best for my chronic pain. Let me just say the customer service at this location is AMAZING!!! Five stars doesn’t give it justice. I came in looking for something they don’t sell. Max and Amber listened to what I was needing and considering it wasn’t something these stores stock could have easily said they couldn’t help me but instead sent me in a direction for help. I was WOWED by the customer service I was given these two cared and wanted to help anyway they could! I would with 100 percent certainty say this experience was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced! Thank you!!!
I’ve been here many times and never had a bad experience, but my experience yesterday went above and beyond, prompting me to come leave this review. Brad is a treasure! Incredibly helpful, considerate, and clearly knowledgable about the products. That guy deserves a raise!
