Flower isn’t good the lady didn’t have any knowledge to help me I started asking questions but she acted like she don’t know anything about it just cause she don’t smoke it well you sell it I was thinking and it was just in huge jars on the floor in a dark corner so I couldn’t see very well couldn’t see any labels on whether it had THC a or not but I don’t think so!!! It’s more of a knick knacks store then anything else definitely a disappointing hemp store 😞😞😞😞😞
POOR customer service. Yesterday (2:00pm) I stopped by, prior to my massage appointment next door, to check out the drink selection. I wasn’t acknowledged or greeted. The young guy behind the counter was looking at his phone the whole time I walked around the store. He never got up from his chair, never asked if I needed any help or if had any questions. He did say thank you for stopping by when I was walking out. Imagine that?! He can talk!
It’s unfortunate because I did want to buy some drinks but did not feel this store deserved my business. So sad because I always like to support small businesses everywhere I travel. You lost this customer and will probably lose others with employees like that.
i recommend the great flower at good prices but the customer service and just a friendly vibe youd expect with that type of shop wasnt there
The main woman working there has been rude to me every single time I go into the store over the past few years. I actively avoid going here because it’s such an unpleasant experience. It might be because I’m younger and she thought I was underage or something, but I had a valid id. This would be one star but the selection of D8 was pretty good and I got what I needed.
Very poor selection of delta-8 products if thats the sort of thing you’re looking for. The owner was very rude to me and would not let me inspect the product I was inquiring about (those little pop-open containers pre-rolls come in). If it were sealed that’d be a different story but these were not sealed.
