This store is my go-to. Not only are they open at wacky hours which is very convenient for me, but they also always have what I’m looking for, and the customer service is phenomenal. Everyone in there remembers your face and always so welcoming, and they’re always willing to help you out on a good deal. This store is just a 5 min bike ride away from my home, and is the only store in Wilmington I go to. I recommend it for everyone ! Everything there is always such good quality for good prices 🙂

I recently visited *The Smoke Box* with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. One of the biggest letdowns was their customer service. The staff seemed indifferent and unengaged, offering little assistance and coming across as rather unfriendly. Simple inquiries took much longer to get answered, and they didn’t seem very knowledgeable about their products. On top of that, I found the prices to be significantly higher than what you’d expect for similar items at other stores. The products were decent, but certainly not worth the inflated price tag. Overall, if you’re looking for good value and attentive service, you may want to shop elsewhere.
