This is a classic case of a smoke shop that used to be good, but now they’re clearly going broke and making the customer pay for it. I bought an electric grinder, tried it ten minutes later and the usb outlet didn’t work. I brought it back immediately and the lady working there said “sorry, we can’t do exchanges.” There’s also a sign that says “no exchanges.” Yeah, okay, but if you sell a defective product you have to replace it lol. No business is immune from basic accountability. The lady was reasonable, but apparently she was instructed by the owner not to do exchanges even when selling something that doesn’t work. She texted him, and check this out, he goes “it’s okay this time, but we can’t do it again.” LOL as if I’m gonna come back again or let anyone I know come here again.
It was a great smoke shop the last time I came here. They had plenty to choose from, even things I couldn’t find at other smoke shops BUT I guess it’s under new management. Not only was the person working there unfriendly and not helpful but they barely had anything to choose from.
It’s under new ownership so they are working on making it better …. so just give them some time and you’ll see… it’s one of my favorite spots
