All of the staff, including Kelly always make it such a wonderful experience they have the best products that you will find around
The product I bought was un authentic. They just blamed it on wholesaler that the product was sold to them and they are unable to replace it or return the product. I would keep away from this store if you are looking for disposable as they are selling fake products and even charging you for it and not taking responsibility for it. Sounds suspicious. I have never got fake product sold to and told that they cannot take responsibility for it!
Pay attention to the prices. The cash register is set to charge a higher price and if you aren’t paying attention you will be charged more. One guy tried to refuse to change the price on my items.
Also, the keep the “will be back in 5 minutes” sign up for at minimum 30 minutes depending who is in the store. Don’t waste your time waiting on them

Worst vape store I have ever Been in . The people don’t care. They are always on the phone like they aren’t at work . They have absolutely NO idea about anything they are talking about. And they price gouge. The same owner owns a few different ones, he has one over by the little Walmart grocery store and they are awesome over there. But this one here, ‘es no bueno mi amigo. If I could give it less than one star I would. And I’m pretty liberal with the stargiving.
