Great selection of products. Candy gives you a very welcomed experience and is very knowledgeable on products in store. Only complaint would be against the male employee for my experience differs with him. He is on phone talking in another language instead of focusing on customers over half of the times i go in when he is working. Making me get a rushed feeling. Great shop just loses a star for the continued experience.
The new guy that’s working this store, makes me want to go elsewhere. I am a regular customer but don’t know if that’s gonna stay the same. There is a new guy working who every time I go in the store he is on the phone, if he’s waiting for you to make a choice in a vape, he makes you feel like u are being rushed. He seems like whatever he is talking about on the phone is more important then his job. U can walk in and he will be on the phone speaking a different language and it’s uncomfortable because it makes u feel like he’s talking about u. He’s not friendly at all. And I don’t like being rushed into choosing what I want when it’s my money paying for it.
Best smoke shop around, best prices and the staff is amazing!
Y’all I can not stress enough how amazing the staff is at this Vape store; they’ve got a great selection but what really sets them apart is Anna she’s seriously the best!
We stop in weekly, the Mgr is the most knowledgeable and coolest to chat it up about products in Concord! Everyone who works there are super kind and courteous! 10/10 every visir
