I purchased a mod vape system. It would not work after employee setup the mod. Was told 10 mins before I could smoke it to let the coil soak. I did and at first hit 5he mod would not work. Called the store was advised to come back and they would help. I did after about 30 mins messing with it the young man got it to work. After 1 day of uses the the juice runs out of air vent onto mod. I called the store and asked about return policy was told they could only help me if I came in and try to fix it. No returns. I spent over $215 on mod , coils and juice. I was charged higher then the price on the box when looking at my receipt upon arriving home. When I asked the guy I spoke with night he informed me that no return policy. I asked for the owners number and got hung up on. Called back and no one will answer the phone. This business is shady to say the least. Other stores have a return policy on faulty devices.

i used to frequent the north highland shop. The owner is a very nice man! I’ve always loved doing business there, but when I noticed they opened one closer to my house I started going there. It’s a nice place and everyone there is very nice, except one employee. It’s an older woman. I don’t know her name, but she’s been extremely rude to me about my purchases and about how frequently I purchase certain items. She tried to make me feel ignorant about the products I use and “recommended” how I should purchase certain products. The way she spoke to me was very demeaning and I didn’t appreciate it. Sadly, as long as she works there I don’t think I’ll return to that location. I didn’t appreciate her attitude considering I’ve been a loyal customer for several years now. Why does it matter how often I choose to purchase items and how I purchase them? Let people shop in peace and stop soliciting unwanted advice.

A Lil pricey…if you don’t mind that. I do. It’s just a fancy head shop/convenient stop other than gas station up the road. This place has all smoking accessories needed. Candles for smoke control are a must. Candy, sodas, cigs.cbd. All right there.
