I was completely impressed with the customer service and knowledgeable staff. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
From out of town seeking some product to help my anxiety from this past week and maybe some better sleep and appetite too. I called first to make sure they may have what I needed, which by the name, is obvious that not only do they have what I needed but they have WAY MORE of a selection of products that I didn’t even know existed. From the time over the phone, and then in the store, Cassie was a ginormous help!! She was extremely slow with her explanations which really helped with my understandings of what was going on inside their store LOL. Extremely impressed with their selections, customer services and pricing was right in line with my expectations.
Katie and Haley did an amazing job taking care of us. Never experienced anything Shroom related but not only did they educate us on the products but recommended us quality products that had good quality experiences. Highly recommend this location and this chain of shops in the Tri-area in general.
