Incredibly unsatisfied with my experience at this vape shop. I’m from out of town and needed some pods, the clerk gave me the wrong ones. Came back to exchange them and they won’t exchange or refund my money. I spoke with two “managers” who wanted to give me store credit, but I don’t live here and don’t want anything here. More of head shop than a vape shop . Also, it isn’t posted anywhere that they don’t do refunds, only on the receipt- which is really too late.
VERY unsatisfied.

Great service and has pretty much anything you could think of for the selection
Cristina upsold me the nicest water pipe I could’ve got. The customer service was impeccable.
Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Mahalha helped me with picking a vape and what would be best. And Tyler helped me pick out juice for the new mod
So many options! John helped me and my husband and he knew everything about everything! Won’t go to any other vape shop but this one now. So so thankful
