This Place Is Amazing Not Only Do They Have A Big Selection Their Prices Are Great! And Staff Is Always Knowledgeable About Their Products And Very Friendly And Helpful! Very Glad It’s Under New Ownership As Well..

I’ve been to this shop on a few occasions. The only good experience I’ve had was with Elias. The owner of the shop isn’t well educated on the products in his store. He’s all about making a sale. I went in yesterday looking for a juice a buddy of mine picked up there, dude handed me everything in the store but what I wanted. Felt pressured into juice i didn’t have any interest in. Overall throwing in the towel on this shop. Just not for me.

Avoid This Place! Especially if you’re a female by yourself. Horrible service, kept $3 insisting it was “tax” on a $7 bottle of liquid, refusing to give me my change from a $10. My visit to this shop was so awful, I had to get on here to hopefully keep some other women from being so poorly treated and ripped off! The entire 5-10 minutes while I spoke with the younger (10-12yr old) about juice flavors there was a rude, obnoxious older man pacing behind him behind the counter. I was looking for a particular grape flavor and didn’t want to buy a 100ml bottle without testing the flavor (which wasn’t offered) The kid finally found a 15ml bottle and told me the price was $7. This entire time, while the older man was pacing behind the counter, he was talking in some middle eastern language to the kid while we’re talking about mods, juice etc, and giving me creepy rude looks as if I somehow offended him with my presence. And I’m a cookie baking Grandmother, quiet spoken and dressed nicely. The guy is practically glaring at me and even though it was daylight, I got a bit concerned for my safety so I gave him the $10 thinking that would get him to back off. When he shoved it in the cash register and closed it, I asked for my change but was told No, it was $10. The kid added the rest was “for tax” – when I objected, I got a scathing look and was told adamantly that the $10 “is gone”! I left at that point considering it a lesson learned.

Besides the horrible treatment, this place is a typical cigarette store turned vaping supplier. They have little actual knowledge of vaping hardware, the various endless components or how they’re used. I’ve been vaping 10 yrs and from the answers to my questions, it was readily apparent they didn’t know much about vaping other than how to profit from it. Not that there’s anything wrong with profiting – it just shouldn’t come from downright stealing from a customer.

The prices were higher than average (plus the nearly 50% tax!!!) The hardware selection was minimal and juice flavors limited. Unless you know exactly what you want, go elsewhere. There are a dozen excellent Vape shops in Bakersfield with knowledge, experience, better prices and plentiful juice selections. And if you’re female, don’t go alone.
