I love everything about the Maven. The staff are knowledgeable, patient and always so welcoming. They have the largest variety of nicotine disposables, mushroom capsules, gummies, carts, custom mods, kratom, hemp based products, and more. I love their customer loyalty program so much! They have deals almost weekly, the store is perfectly clean, and they show their support for vets by offering a military discount. Highly recommend
Cheyenne is adorable and very politely listens to my rumbling rants about nothing that has anything to do with what iam trying to decide to buy i would give 4 stars because they dont have a certain brand of torchs i like but the customer service ive experienced every visit it is legitness!
Not very friendly or willing to help you figure out what you’re trying to find. If you’re wanting Kratom, then you have to fill out a release form before you can even buy it if they’re gonna do all that they should give you a heads up before you even decide on anything. Was not a great experience at all.
We absolutely love Chris and the other employees and I always get my kratom, vape juice ajd coils, and my THCA from here and I’ve always had a good experience! I love that they’re open 24 hours because I work night shift and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Chris sees us every time we get paid and knows what we usually get and is very helpful and knowledgeable about the vapes and other products!

Saturday 9/14 @12:37 that was not the case. I am usually greeted by the Sales Rep/Cashier. They were busy helping answer questions for a customer who was already in store.
I went to the section where the product I would have liked to purchase was and waited for either the employee to acknowledge me and inform me that they would assist me momentarily.
However this never occurred and I spent approximately eight minutes without as much as a “I’ll be with you in a moment.”
There have been times where I have been waiting and the employee working will either inform me of their intention to assist me or ask the current customer to continue looking while they check out my products.
I had very limited time to shop with your establishment today and was unfortunately unable to make a purchase or even gain acknowledgement.
I hope this issue can be discussed and possibly remedied before more customers are discouraged to shop here.
