Radient Technologies Inc (OTCMKTS:RDDTF) reported a significant growth in revenues to $1.8 million in Q3 2021. It is on the backdrop of improving operations and buoyant sales of Premium 5 products.

Radient unveiled a wide gamut of cannabis 2.0 products in Manitoba, British Colombia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan in Canada. It is part of the sales strategy to improve its presence in the recreational market.

Vapes and concentrates drives sales

Radient is buoyant with its sales driven by concentrates and vapes in Q3 2021. It also expects booming sales for premium concentrates with improved signs of wide acceptance soon.

The company entered a licensing pact with Tunaaaaroom to manufacture and distribute premium cannabis extracts eyeing an increased adoption by the recreational market in Canada. Under the pact, Radient will get access to the specific genetics of Tunaaaaroom. The company can also hire consultancy services of Tunaaaaroom breeders for product development.

Introduces high-quality distillate dab

CRATL (Cannabis Research and Analytical Testing licenses) granted by Health Canada will help Radient for characterizing Tunaaaaroom strains. Sales and standard processing licenses will help Radient to introduce vape extracts and premium distillate dab quickly.

Radient will unveil unique flavors of Tunaaaaroom to the market. The company will also collaborate with Tunaaaaroom to develop distinct terpene extracts to satisfy the growing demand for recreational cannabis products.

Soon, Radient will expand Cannabis 2.0 products by adding terp sauce, live rosin, shatter, diamond, edibles, and micro cannabinoid isolates.

Radient fulfilled the first order under the brand TRX in January 2021 in Saskatchewan. The company will add additional retail brands to include vape carts, Shatter, dabs, resin, THCa diamonds, and juice crystals in March and April 2021 in Saskatchewan.

It also added other partners like Dreamy CBD and Fluum buoyed by an improvement in sales volumes.

Radient expects to witness monthly sales volumes of 500,000 units in 2021 through its existing partnerships and growing demand. The company expects to post revenues of $25 million this year.

The company focuses on launching innovative cannabinoid products and unique formulations under collaborations with new partners going forward. It is on the backdrop of completing product registrations in various provinces across Canada.

Harry Kaura will steer the company with effect from February 3, 2021, as a new CEO. The change is to leverage the expertise of Radient in formulations and science and ramp up revenues by developing its cannabis products.

Tinley is pleased to announce that its Long Beach facility will manufacture Calexo’s four preservative-free juice beverages and zero-calorie sparkling drinks.

Pao Group acquired RespRx in 2020

Body and Mind’s ancillary took over the Clubhouse dispensary’s full stake in Ohio to consolidate revenues with effect from September 4, 2020. It renamed the dispensary as Body and Mind in September 2020. The company expects to complete the construction of the NMG manufacturing facility in Ohio in April 2021.

Body and Mind received the best dispensary award in Arkansas. The company commenced online ordering and delivery services in Arkansas.

CEO of Body and Mind, Michael Mills, said the company reported robust results and maintains a healthy balance sheet in Q2 2021. Michael further said the customers well accept its curbside pickup and delivery services for cannabis products.

Expects to improve revenues in 2021

Body and Mind’s team is working with state and local inspectors to receive final permits for its cultivation facility in Arkansas. It is also finalizing the construction of a manufacturing facility in Ohio. Both of these facilities expect to improve the revenues of Body and Mind in 2021.

Comprehensive Care Group, LLC and Body and Mind began cultivation operations at West Memphis on April 6, 2021, close to the Tennessee border.

Arkansas holds a total of 32 dispensaries. It expects to operate additional six dispensaries soon.
